How We Use Your Information
We use your data to: process orders and payments; send order confirmations and delivery notifications via SMS (Arkesel); provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud; improve our platform; send promotional messages (you can opt out anytime).
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages (deposit confirmations, order updates, OTPs). We use Arkesel as our SMS provider. You may opt out of promotional messages by contacting support.
Data Sharing
We share your data with: Paystack (payment processing); Arkesel (SMS delivery); our SMM panel provider (FixedMembers) for order fulfillment — only your social media link is shared, never your account credentials; Reloadly (gift card fulfillment); Datamart Ghana (data bundle delivery). We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We maintain server-side logs for security monitoring. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel only.
